Cloud Service Architect

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Service Architect to join our team. As a Cloud Service Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline field operations.
- Strong proficiency in cloud-based service platforms and their integration with external systems.
- Able to deliver tailored cloud solutions through declarative and programmatic capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in data migration, integration, and governance ensuring data quality & consistency.
- Experience with mobile apps to optimize field service operations.
- Strong knowledge of cloud APIs and experience integrating with external systems (REST/SOAP, middleware tools).
- Strong analytical ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal & written communication to interact with business and technical stakeholders.
- Able to plan, execute, and monitor cloud solution delivery across multiple projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, developers, administrators, and business users.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 10- 12 years of IT experience, with 10+ years in cloud implementations.
- Proven experience in cloud architecture, configuration, and integration.
- Cloud certifications preferred
