Job Title: AWS Cloud architectJob Purpose and primary objectives: Cloud ArchitectKey responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): Assist in implementing and supporting cloud implementations on Amazon AWS. Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities (please specify if the position will have persons reporting to it): Other duties include architecting and implementing cloud solutions for different applications, automating cloud operations and cloud deploymentOther responsibilities – Budgets, targets, equipment etc (please specify):Deploy and manage within defined budget, responsible for infra-SLA, Key Skills/Knowledge:● Develop and implement ways to deploy workloads to the cloud● Work closely with product owners to understand solution requirements and identify architectural patterns● Monitor compliance of cloud resources to see if they fit industry guardrails and best practices● Help other development and engineering teams resolve application to platform integration issues for Infrastructure as a Service (Iaa S) services● Research and propose solutions for AWS data transformation, data connections, operational frameworks.● Work closely with lead architects and engineers to create and maintain architectural templates and build/operational documents and SOP'sExperience required:Enhance our cloud capability by creating and implementing cloud application patterns● Strong knowledge and practical experience with AWS● Familiarity with modern cloud application architecture● Exposure to cloud managed services and microservices like Function as a Service, Containers, and managed databases● Experience with setting up load balancers, cloud networks● Strong oral and written communication skills● Capable of working under tight deadlines● AWS cloud certificationCloud pricing and effort estimatesAdditional remarks (if any):Knowledge of linux, Knowledge of networking, and VPN and securityPerson Specification:I.e. Negotiating client facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills, supportive.Good communication skills, assertive and team player. Flexible in approach
