Job Title:

Operational Lead

This role involves overseeing daily operations of a monitoring center, ensuring protocols are followed and maintaining incident logs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with experience in call centers, IT support, security operations or military police roles.

  • Lead and oversee the day-shift monitoring center, making informed decisions under pressure.
  • Supervise monitoring operators to ensure they adhere to established procedures.
  • Respond to intrusions using two-way audio with a calm, firm and professional voice.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents.
  • Coordinate with support staff to resolve technical issues.
  • May occasionally assist with night operations during exceptional circumstances.

  • Can make sound judgments under pressure and lead teams effectively.
  • Has leadership experience in similar fields and is comfortable adapting to new systems.
  • Is highly organized, dependable and willing to take ownership.
  • Is open to working closely with founders during early growth phases.
