Job Responsibilities
- Mobile Application Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers and backend developers to implement scalable and well-architected solutions.
- User Experience Enhancement: Create custom UI components, animations, and transitions to enhance user experience.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize mobile applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
- Code Quality and Maintainability: Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high code quality and maintainability.
- Debugging and Issue Resolution: Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless and bug-free experience for users.
- Integration and Implementation: Implement push notifications, third-party integrations, and RESTful API integrations.
- Technology Advancement: Stay up-to-date with Flutter updates and mobile development best practices, continuously improving the app's functionality.
- Project Planning: Contribute to project planning, including timelines, sprint planning, and task allocation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in mobile application development with at least 3 year of proven experience in Flutter.
- Portfolio: Demonstrable portfolio of Flutter applications in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Skills: Proficient in Flutter, Dart, and mobile development frameworks.
- Lifecycle Understanding: Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including publishing to app stores.
- API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration of push notifications.
- State Management and Dependency Injection: Knowledge of state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc) and dependency injection.
- Version Control and CI/CD: Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes for mobile apps.
- Platform Guidelines: Knowledge of both iOS and Android platform guidelines for design and development.
- Skill Set: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Backend Services: Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or similar backend services.
- Native Code: Familiarity with native iOS/Android code for advanced customizations in Flutter.
