Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to manage daily accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance across direct and indirect taxes.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
- Evaluate and ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of GST returns, TDS payments, income tax provisions, and other applicable financial compliances.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly MIS reports, audit schedules, cash flow statements, and financial analysis as required.
- Develop and maintain proper documentation and records for audit and regulatory purposes.
- Collaborate with external consultants on compliance and filing matters.
- A bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- CA Inter or semi-qualified CA is preferred.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax compliance.
- Internship experience in a CA firm or finance function is an added advantage.
- Technical skills: Soft knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), basic financial controls, hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
- Soft skills: High attention to detail and accuracy, strong problem-solving mindset, proficiency in MS Excel, effective communication, and teamwork.
- Working understanding of GST, TDS & Income Tax rules.
- Ability to manage timelines and multitask.
