Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to spearhead the implementation of BPM solutions for case management and process optimization using Appian within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Expertise in implementing BPM solutions, including case management and process simplification.
  2. Familiarity with Appian product fundamentals, architecture, components, and technical features.
  3. Experience in designing and developing Appian BPM solutions, encompassing Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, SAIL, Plugin development, Smart Services, Reports, and Deployment.
  4. Expertise in business integration deployment and human task management using Appian 7X versions.
  5. Proficiency in building rules engines to support processes.
  6. Able to design integrations based on SOA, enabling different applications to exchange data seamlessly.
  7. Exceptional communication skills.
  8. Experience in BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) to create processes and flows.
  9. Skilled in Business Orchestration, interacting with Web services using Appian.
  10. Development experience in Microflows, Long Running BPEL Services, and Human Task Workflow Development.
  11. Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts.
  12. Bonus skill: experience with Web APIs, Sites, Process Model as a Service, Admin Console, Document Management, and Integration Smart Services.

This role necessitates expertise in Appian Analyst Certification on recent Appian versions. Senior developer experience is beneficial. Familiarity with web services and integration is desirable. Prior work experience in SOAP and RESTful web services and integration is also advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Establish a capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels for existing account clients.
  • Pursue product trainings to stay current with product features, changes, and updates.
  • Enroll in product-specific and other trainings per client requirements and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client.
  • Maintain job knowledge by participating in self-learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks.

This position involves delivering no performance parameter measures, including process metrics, self-management productivity, efficiency, absenteeism, training hours, and number of technical trainings completed.
