AI Engineer

As a lead AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing AI-powered features to enhance user experience and automate decisions on our digital platform.

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or data science roles, proficiency in Python and key ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, Transformers), hands-on experience with vector similarity, embedding models, and ranking algorithms, familiarity with LLM APIs, and experience deploying AI models or services in production.

  • Developing algorithms to automatically evaluate and rank freelancer proposals based on relevance to the project, past performance, and profile match.
  • Suggesting freelancers or projects based on user activity, preferences, and historical data.
  • Improving logic for future integration of summarisation, AI-generated replies, and chat moderation.
  • Tailoring dashboards, feed content, and marketing messages using machine learning.
  • Implementing similarity search using FAISS or Pinecone with OpenAI or HuggingFace models.
  • Architecting AI features as independent microservices with APIs consumable by our Laravel backend.
