About the Role

This is a highly specialized position that requires expertise in managing access and security for enterprise-scale SaaS applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading security management and possess in-depth knowledge of HCM application security management, including Security Console, HCM Role types, Areas of Responsibility, Data Security policy, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader and other user administration activities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date user access within Oracle HCM system and related security process documentation.
  • Create custom roles supporting HCM application and HR business processes.
  • Respond promptly to access inquiries and requests pertaining to Oracle HCM system access and functionality.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support the efficient execution of Oracle HCM system security configuration, upgrades, and implementations.
  • Become an expert in HCM system access and configuration, working closely with Oracle on enablement of new features, problem resolution and Quarterly improvements and post-launch configuration.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement security process improvements with our Oracle HCM products.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in leading security management for enterprise-scale SaaS applications.
  • Proven expertise in HCM application security management, including Security Console, HCM Role types, Areas of Responsibility, Data Security policy, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader and other user administration activities.
  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management tools, identity governance and user access lifecycle management. Experience working with SailPoint (IIQ) is a plus.
