About This Role

Job Title: Performance Marketer

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels. In this role, you will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through performance-based strategies.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in performance/digital marketing, strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance platforms. Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset are essential for success in this position.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels.
  • Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through performance-based strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to develop impactful campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance/digital marketing, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
