Job Title

The Continental Chef de Partie is a key role in our kitchen, responsible for managing a specific section and preparing continental cuisine to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present continental dishes in accordance with kitchen standards
  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and proper organization
  • Assist in menu planning, development, and pricing for continental dishes
  • Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes
  • Monitor food quality and freshness, ensuring that dishes meet high standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and in accordance with safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a continental kitchen
  • Strong understanding of continental cooking techniques and styles
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Culinary certification or relevant experience in continental cuisine is preferred
