Art Director Role

The Art Director position requires a skilled visual content creator to drive marketing initiatives and strategic positioning.

This role involves overseeing the production of high-quality visual materials, collaborating with designers, and guiding team members in their work. The ideal candidate will be able to develop innovative ideas, understand marketing strategies, and meet deadlines.

  • Craft engaging visuals through sketches, storyboards, and roughs.
  • Analyze marketing strategies to inform creative decisions and ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Liaise with the creative team to coordinate efforts and guarantee consistent branding.
  • Deliver projects efficiently while taking work from concept to final execution.
  • Mentor and direct team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Present finished designs to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or suggestions.

To succeed in this position, one must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively. A graduate/postgraduate degree in Design (B.Des/M.Des) from a reputable institution is preferred, along with experience as an Art Director and proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
