Job Opportunity: Seeking a skilled System Configuration Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing daily system support to users of the EtQ Reliance application.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and passionate about their work. They should also have experience with system troubleshooting, SQL and scripting.

  • Provide daily system support to users of the EtQ Reliance application via telephone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Troubleshoot system issues with users and work with them to solve the issues, as well as the software vendors when necessary.
  • Perform several system administration duties, such as updating website information content, system data changes, etc.
  • Assist with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
  • Create and execute test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
  • Assist with software validation and change control activities.
  • Assist with the development of charts, graphs, and other reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Assist with the development of training materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Passionate about their work and with helping others succeed, a team player.
  • Experienced user of Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL experience required.
  • Past scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint experience
