Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Research and Development Analyst to join our team in Delhi, India. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for conducting research, developing new products, analyzing data, and ensuring successful implementation of projects.

This is a full-time on-site role that requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and drive innovation
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure efficient operations
  • Compile and analyze research data to inform business decisions
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data analysis
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and carrying out research projects
  • Excellent Communication Skills for effective collaboration and presentation
  • Proficient Laboratory Skills, including equipment maintenance and experiment execution
  • Background in Research Methodologies and techniques
  • Detail-oriented and Organized with the ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Healthcare or Biotechnology Industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related discipline
