Human Resource Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our HR operations. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Employee Relations: Develop effective recruitment strategies, manage employee onboarding, and foster a positive work environment.
- Performance Management and Compliance: Design and execute performance evaluation processes, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain accurate records.
- Policy Development and Training: Create and implement HR policies, develop training programs, and conduct regular workshops to enhance employee skills.
- Record Keeping and HR Systems: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage HR systems, and ensure seamless data integration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
