AML Lead

  • We are seeking a seasoned AML professional to lead our team of investigators.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in anti-money laundering and compliance to drive business growth while ensuring regulatory adherence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of 10 investigators responsible for assessing and investigating AML alerts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective compliance strategies.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and evaluate existing controls to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance on investigations, compliance processes, and regulatory issues to direct reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing operational teams with a strong focus on AML compliance.
  • Proficiency in using AML monitoring systems and related software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce clear written summaries.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Justice Studies, English, Journalism, Finance, or Accounting.
