Job Description

As a seasoned investment professional, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating debt financing for our clients and lender partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and lenders to drive business growth.

  • Build and maintain financial models, including integrated 3-way models featuring P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet analysis.
  • Review client financial information and analyze financial statements to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate lender interactions with clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Maintain project plans and adhere to internal service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Financial Modeling: Proficiency in creating complex financial models using Excel or similar tools.
  • Cash Flow Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret cash flow data to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Statement Analysis: Expertise in reviewing and analyzing financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in debt/equity advisory, PE/VC investment, or a related field.
