The Junior Project Coordinator role is a fantastic opportunity to work in the localization industry. If you're organized and have excellent time management skills, this position could be the perfect fit for you.

Key responsibilities include project allocation, capacity management, team management, and monitoring and executing projects within given timelines. Additionally, you'll need to adhere to and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast and flag project-related concerns proactively, manage communications with multiple stakeholders, handle escalations, and provide solutions as a partner to clients.

To succeed in this role, you should be proactive, well-coordinated, and able to plan tasks efficiently. You'll also need excellent written and communication skills, a confident and empathetic listening style, and a pleasing personality that's receptive to feedback and positive towards the profile.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. If you're self-motivated and enjoy working independently, this role may be ideal for you.
