Job Title: Network Security Engineer

About the Role:

The primary focus of this position is to design, deploy, and manage secure network infrastructure for our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure network architectures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as PCI-DSS and HIPAA.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to our security posture.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in network security, with a focus on design and implementation.
  • Proficiency in firewall configuration, VPN setup, and access control list management.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools, such as Splunk or ELK.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, such as NIST and ISO 27001.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
