We are seeking an experienced technical leader to join our Core Network Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and leadership, with a passion for innovative technologies.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team of engineers and contribute to the development of cutting-edge network security solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and guiding their team members, driving design reviews, and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of top-tier engineers to deliver scalable and efficient Core Network-as-a-Service components.
  • Design and develop robust, maintainable code in C++, C, and Go.
  • Develop and optimize cloud-based networking and distributed systems.
  • Drive design reviews, implement best practices, and encourage collaborative programming.
  • Innovate in areas such as SASE, CASB, ZTNA, IPSec, and L4–L7 networking.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 18+ years of software development experience with solid technical depth.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on technical leadership experience guiding high-performing engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux internals (kernel, user-space processes, sockets, IPC).
  • Experience with networking protocols, routing, tunneling, and secure connectivity.
