Strategic Business Partner

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to deliver financial solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and products, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client creditworthiness and risk factors associated with them on an ongoing basis
  • Offer tailored financial solutions to clients, including working capital facilities, overdrafts, and term loans
  • Focus on portfolio growth by cross-selling financial products and achieving NII and fee income targets
  • Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess client performance and risks
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and products
  • Experience in analyzing financial statements and assessing creditworthiness
  • Proven track record in relationship management and corporate sales
