We're seeking a pioneering leader in AI-native technology to drive our tech stack and engineering execution.

As a key member of our founding team, you will set the technical vision and direction for the company, aligning with our product roadmap. You'll act as a player-coach, writing clean code while mentoring developers and building the tech team.

You will lead development across the entire tech stack: frontend, backend, infrastructure, making critical architecture and system design decisions from day one. This includes architecting scalable microservices, APIs, and distributed systems for high-performance apps, building robust CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes), and managing cloud infrastructure.

You will integrate ML models into products and services, work on custom deployment of ML/GenAI/LLM systems with real-time or batch inference, and handle model versioning, retraining, performance tuning, and maintenance.

You will work on a full-stack tech stack including React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, OpenAI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Weaviate, and DevOps tools like AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Git, Notion, Linear, Slack.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience across full-stack development and software architecture, a strong background in ML system integration and custom deployments, proven ability to design and scale backend architectures, hands-on experience with frontend frameworks and modern UI practices, comfort with setting up cloud infrastructure and automated deployments, and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred qualifications include experience with LLMs, Custom Deployment, vector databases, or GenAI systems, prior role as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader, knowledge of security, data privacy, and compliance for AI systems, and built and scaled platforms from MVP to production.
