Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Technology to lead our technology strategy, development, and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, ensuring that our technology infrastructure, systems, and products align with our business goals and deliver exceptional value to our clients. This role requires a strong leader with deep technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire and manage high-performing engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Vision:

Define and execute the company's technology strategy, roadmap, and vision in alignment with overall business objectives.

Identify and evaluate new technologies, trends, and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.

Develop and implement a robust technology architecture that supports scalability, security, and efficiency.

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers, developers, and IT professionals.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability within the technology department.

Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and professional development for the tech team.

Product Development & Delivery:

Drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for all products and services.

Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and other departments to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Infrastructure & Operations:

Manage and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, networks, and data centers.

Implement and enforce best practices for cybersecurity, data privacy, and disaster recovery.

Ensure system reliability, performance, and uptime.

Budget & Resource Management:

Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for technology services and products.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate technology strategy, progress, and challenges to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

Act as a technical expert and evangelist both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management or Head of Technology position.

Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects and products.

Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming languages (Python, Java, Node.js), database technologies, DevOps practices, cybersecurity frameworks].

Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.

Experience in SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare IT is a plus.
