Job Title: Corporate Strategy Manager

A seasoned Corporate Strategy Manager is needed to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring loan portfolios to track overdue accounts, defaults, delinquencies, and non-performing assets, and identifying early warning signals of credit risk.

  • Credit Risk Monitoring: Track loan portfolios to identify potential credit risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Credit Decision-Making: Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and collections teams to improve credit decision-making and recoveries.
  • Credit Risk Frameworks: Establish and maintain credit risk frameworks in adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular MIS, risk reports, and portfolio reviews to highlight key risk trends and exposures.
  • Asset Quality Monitoring: Ensure effective monitoring of asset quality and recommend measures to maintain a healthy loan book.

Requirements:

  • 4-9 years of experience in corporate strategy or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
