Electrical and Instrumentation Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires exceptional technical expertise in electrical and instrumentation systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and maintaining complex equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in implementing maintenance strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements. Experience with Rockwell Automation PLC systems, SAP Plant Maintenance module, and filter press hydraulic systems is highly desirable.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective solutions, drive business growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime
  • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements and driving business growth
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment history, maintenance schedules, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Analyze breakdowns and identify root causes to implement corrective actions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, technicians, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
  • Proven track record of leading teams and implementing process improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Rockwell Automation PLC systems, SAP Plant Maintenance module, and filter press hydraulic systems is highly desirable
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
