About the Role

GUS Global Services is a Netherlands-based organisation that provides services to its academic partners in India.

This critical and influential position demands extensive cross-group coordination at all levels, robust product and business acumen, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to create executive-level presentations/decks and detailed narratives.

The incumbent will execute strategic initiatives from the CEO's Office and be groomed for advancement to a higher role within the organisation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading special projects directly overseen by the CEO, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solving problems and ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions.
  • Creating compelling content/presentation decks and narratives for the CEO for both internal and external use.
  • Facilitating cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and execution across various departments to achieve strategic goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

We seek a young and dynamic professional to work directly with our CEO in this capacity.

Requirements
  • At least 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or in a similar high-impact role.
  • Comfortable with domestic/overseas travel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and drive results.
  • Demonstrated interest in the Education Industry, with a passion for making a positive impact.
  • Outstanding communication skills.

Job requirements include at least 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or in a similar high-impact role. A demonstrated interest in the Education Industry and outstanding communication skills are also essential.
