Job Title: Financial Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to support our operations in day-to-day activities. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in financial management, accounting processes, and cash handling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in preparing and generating financial reports.
  • Maintaining accurate records of transactions and accounts.
  • Supporting daily accounting activities, including journal entries and ledger updates.
  • Reconciling bank statements, vendor payments, and client accounts.
  • Helping to monitor and manage cash flows.
  • Maintaining and updating financial databases and systems.
  • Collaborating with the finance team on audits and monthly closing procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, accounting software, and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
