GI Specialist

Job Overview:

Surgical Management is a crucial aspect of our team's work. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various surgical procedures, including GI cancer surgeries, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, hernia repairs, and appendectomy.

The ideal candidate should have advanced surgical skills in GI and abdominal surgery, strong diagnostic and decision-making ability, expertise in laparoscopic and open techniques, clear and empathetic communication, multidisciplinary teamwork and leadership, and adherence to surgical ethics and patient safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• MBBS + MS / DNB in General Surgery
• MCh / DNB in Surgical Gastroenterology OR Fellowship in GI / Laparoscopic / HPB Surgery (recognized by IAGES / ASI / SGEI or international boards)

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in laparoscopic and minimally invasive GI procedures
• Training in GI oncology or liver/pancreatic surgery
• BLS/ACLS certification for surgical emergency readiness
