Your Role:

As a Digital Image Manipulation Specialist, you'll lead all image manipulations and color management for our team. Your primary goal will be to assist in creating powerful and impactful imagery while working onsite in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Delhi.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for manipulating digital images to produce high-quality projects.
  • You'll need the ability to be a creative, imaginative artist to help produce photo-realistic compositions with expert knowledge in photo color correction.
  • Responsible for maintaining high quality while executing high volumes of images under very tight deadlines.
  • Assist the creative team in areas such as layout, design, and image composition.
  • You'll interpret creative direction from Art Directors and Photographers and apply it to the final product.
  • Identify and develop systems to support efficiency.
  • Openly communicate with other teams to proactively address discrepancies and solve issues.
  • Be an expert at retouching and color adjustment.
  • Execute client comments and direction.
  • Manage multi-layered PSDs containing multiple Layer sets and file management.
  • Produce color-accurate proofs for client approval.
  • Good knowledge of Capture One 10 or above and color correction techniques.
  • Ensure all quality control checks are carried out, including clipping paths, sizes, and formats prior to upload.
  • To ensure that all images produced and proofed are correct and reviewed according to guidelines.
  • Work alongside the Project Management and Production team to ensure successful delivery of projects on time.

What You Need:

  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
  • Expert working knowledge of Photoshop, Layers/Sets, masks, paths, color correction tools, actions, batch processing.
  • A strong sense of color theory and design.
  • An understanding of artwork/mechanical replacement on packaging of products.
  • Expert working knowledge of InDesign.
  • The ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines.
  • Strong creative vision, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • 8+ years' experience in Digital/Print/Artwork and Production.
