We are seeking a skilled Senior Accounting Manager to lead our financial team.
Responsibilities:- Finalize books of accounts for various entities by ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Develop and implement audit plans to ensure timely completion of reports and minimize risks.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings and recommendations for process improvements.
- Identify and report internal control deficiencies, ensuring prompt corrective actions.
- Conduct thorough inventory checks to prepare drawing power statements and management MIS reports.
- Analyze data to identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
- Stay updated on financial regulations, including GST, Income Tax Act, and FEMA.
- Maintain knowledge of accounting standards and SEBI compliance for listed companies.
- Effective communication with directors and partners of various entities.
- Mentorship and development of audit staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Strong analytical and observational skills to ensure attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including Excel proficiency and knowledge of Tally and Spectrum. Additionally, experience with SAP would be an asset.
