About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our design team at Valueplus Technologies Private Limited.

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-centric designs that effectively communicate our brand and enhance the user experience across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interface designs.
  2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively.
  3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on user insights.
  4. Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design system components to ensure consistency and scalability across different products and platforms.
  5. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
  6. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing support and guidance during the development process.
  7. Advocate for the user, ensuring that all designs prioritize usability, accessibility, and a seamless user experience.
Requirements
  • 1 to 8 years of experience working as a designer in a product-based company with a strong portfolio.
  • Power user of Figma.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, user experience methodologies, and interaction design.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and provide and receive constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
