**Junior to Mid-level Product Designer**
- Chennai, Full-time- Experience : 1-2 years- This is an in-office job and not remote.- As a Junior to Mid-level Product Designer at Orocorp, you will be responsible for helping to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to bring our digital products to life. This role is an excellent opportunity for a designer with 1-2 years of experience to further develop their skills and contribute to the success of exciting projects.**Key Responsibilities**
- 1. User-Centric Design: Understand user needs and behaviour to create user-centric designs that provide a great user experience.- 2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and interactions.- 3. UI Design: Develop pixel-perfect, high-quality UI designs that are consistent with brand guidelines and visual design principles.- 4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.- 5. User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.- 6. Design Documentation: Produce design specifications, style guides, and design assets for developers to implement the designs.- 7. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and technologies to stay at the forefront of product design.- 8. Feedback Integration: Be open to feedback and actively seek input from colleagues to enhance your design work.**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and thought process.
