Job Overview

This role is focused on supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of financing transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in financial modelling.

  • Originate structured transactions with Financial Sponsors in India.
  • Analyse and execute sponsor and leverage finance investments across various capital structures.
  • Participate in all stages of investments, from idea generation to portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare investment committee memorandums.
  • Build and maintain detailed cashflow models.
  • Perform due diligence on prospective investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms with sponsors and borrowers.
  • Interface with clients, counterparties, and internal stakeholders for smooth transaction closure.

Required Experience:

Pre MBA Experience Required

Education and Qualifications:

MBA degree from a premier institute preferred

  • Ability to conduct financial and credit analysis.
  • Understanding and interpretation of financial reports.
  • Strong financial modelling skills.
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
