Fire Safety Expert Wanted

We are looking for a seasoned Fire Safety Engineer to oversee the design, implementation, and quality control of fire fighting systems, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Direct and coordinate the day-to-day work of the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Design and Implementation: Oversee the design and implementation of fire protection systems, including fire fighting systems, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all installations meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and other relevant standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise, direct, and control the activities of subcontractors, contractors, laborers, and vendors.
  • Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure code compliance and safety hazards are identified and addressed.
  • Problem Solving: Facilitate problem-solving among subcontractors, clients, vendors, etc. during construction.
  • Design Validation: Validate design issues related to fire fighting and suggest alternative solutions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Coordinate and administer fire fighting related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals, and ensure timely billing.

Requirements:

  • B.E/B. Tech Mechanical with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fire protection systems in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
  • Excellent exposure to all aspects of fire fighting systems, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems.
  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Result-oriented and well-developed planning skills.
