Job Title: Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our team in Jhagadia, Gujarat. This role will involve overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of HSEQ systems within the infant nutrient storage, packaging, and distribution center.

About the Role
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including FSSAI, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and company-specific quality and safety requirements.
  • Safeguard the safety of the workforce and the quality of products throughout the supply chain.
  • Identify, assess, and manage HSE and Quality-related risks within storage, packaging, and distribution processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, Industrial Engineer, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HSE or QMS roles, preferably in the food or infant nutrition industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of FSSAI regulations, ISO 9001 standards, and QMS principles.
  • Strong understanding of safety management, risk assessment, and quality control processes in storage, packaging, and distribution environments.
