  • The Senior Identity Manager Expert will play a crucial role in supporting the existing IDM infrastructure, implementing necessary system updates as connected systems change, and providing technical assistance with the onboarding of new connected systems.
  • This individual will serve as an IDM SME for the security group, helpdesk, and end users, assisting in project implementation, producing compliance reports, supporting role-based access control, working Service Requests, monitoring IDM servers, and system testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the existing IDM infrastructure and implement necessary system updates as connected systems change.
  2. Create/update IDM Workflows.
  3. Create/update IDM drivers.
  4. Provide technical assistance with the onboarding of new connected systems and serve as an IDM SME for the security group, helpdesk, and end users.
  5. Assist in project implementation, produce compliance reports, support role-based access control, work Service Requests, monitor IDM servers, and perform system testing.
  6. Perform IDM maintenance including driver health, LDAP directory, role and resource maintenance, incident response, system support, updates, patches, modifications, new connectors, disaster recovery testing, workflow, report writing, monitoring, log management, and support for environment and employee changes.
  7. Respond to Support Requests, process large amounts of data with extreme accuracy, and be backup SME for entire IDM solution.
  8. Able to troubleshoot complex technical issues within NetIQ product suite.
  9. Good experience in documenting detailed design and integration manuals.
  10. Good understanding of BAU support processes like SLA management, incident/problem management.
  11. Good analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
