About the Role

This Senior Payroll Specialist position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of end-to-end payroll processing. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of US statutory compliances and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage pending requests, time cycle batches, and manual timecards
  • Adhere to all other off-cycle payroll activities, including manual checks and Quick calcs
  • Monitor WD Help payroll tickets and resolve them within agreed SLAs and TATs
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should have a graduate or postgraduate degree with 5+ years of experience in US payroll processing using Workday and ADP Smart Compliance tools. They should also be proficient in manual payroll calculations and possess a go-getter attitude.
