Network Security Architect

The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled L2-Network Security Administrator to join our Network Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge network solutions, ensuring our customers have the best possible network infrastructure to support their business needs.
You will work on project implementation, conduct project planning and cost analysis, and build proof-of-concept solutions with networking system technology. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting network issues, coordinating with vendors, and installing the latest hardware and software.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to review project requirements, communicate them accurately to the team, and ensure they are appropriately fulfilled. You will use your expertise to design and implement local and wide-area network solutions, including IP and VOIP, that address customer requirements.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise- Experience and knowledge: 5 years in Network and Security
- Good hands-on experience supporting firewalls and IPS from OEMs like Cisco, Checkpoint, and Fortnet
- Monitoring of Network and Security devices of different OEMs like firewall & IPS
- Good understanding of Security technology and compliance
- Troubleshoot skill for Medium Complexity incidents related to network security
- Configuration management of firewalls & IPS (Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortnet)
- Identifies problems and errors prior to or when they occur and provide the resolution
- Enterprise network security maintenance, Firewall rule optimization, IPS signature monitoring and fine tuning
- 6+ years of experience focused on network support, configuration, and implementation
- 6+ years of experience in core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls
- Networking and security architecture and engineering support experience across local, regional, and global domains
- Ability to effectively execute multiple IT projects and deadlines with limited supervision
- Certification: CCNA-Security/CCNP-Security/CCNP-Data Centre/CCSE/JNCIA-Security/JNCIP-DC/JNCIP-Security/Other Industry leading OEM Professional level Certification related to Firewall or Data center
- Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) deployment and data center experience
- Experience with design and implementing Software Defined Network (SDN) and large complex networks
- Experience with protocols and technologies such as BDP, OSPF, MP-FBP EVPN, VXLAN, or VPC
