Job Opportunity: Agile Delivery Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile delivery leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating Agile delivery teams across various functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, system demos, and Agile Release Train ceremonies to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity, promoting best practices in scaling frameworks and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Provide regular updates on delivery status, metrics, and progress to senior stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making.
Required Skills:
  • At least 12 years of IT experience, with at least 3-5 years in a similar role or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of running large-scale Agile Release Trains, with expertise in Agile principles and scaled delivery practices.
  • Strong understanding of program management, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with Murex or similar financial systems is an asset.
