Lead Payment Solution Developer

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of payment solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and contribute to building secure, seamless, and scalable payment systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own product requirements for features spanning payments, billing, fraud prevention, and dispute management.
- Collaborate with global engineering, business, and design teams to drive execution across the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
- Scope use cases and define delivery phases in alignment with technical feasibility and business goals.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver and support payment methods like UPI, Net Banking, credit/debit cards, wallets, etc.
- Work with data and cross-functional teams to understand product performance and help identify areas for continuous improvement.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital payments, billing flows, fraud controls, and payment lifecycle management. Experience working on customer-facing products with measurable business impact is also essential.
About You- 8+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years as a Product Manager preferably in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or financial services sectors.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, KPIs, and experimentation (A/B testing, funnel analysis).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ship high-quality features on time.
- Familiarity with mobile and web product development cycles, agile processes, and stakeholder management.
