Graphic Designer Job Description

This role focuses on translating concepts into compelling visual communication across various mediums. Collaborating closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists is a key aspect of this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Transforming briefs and ideas into engaging creatives is an essential part of the job.
  • Developing design concepts, storyboards, and layouts for campaigns, branding, social media, and marketing materials is crucial.
  • Maintaining consistency in brand identity across all creative deliverables is vital.
  • Collaboration with art directors, content creators, and marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines is important.
  • Staying updated with design trends, tools, and technologies is necessary.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail is a must.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar design/visualizer role (agency experience preferred) is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, is a plus.
  • A strong sense of visual composition, layout, typography, and color theory is essential.
  • A portfolio showcasing creative work across different formats (digital, social, print, etc.) is necessary.
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities is a must.

Nice to Have:

  • Motion design or basic animation skills can be beneficial.
  • Experience working on FMCG or lifestyle brands can be advantageous.
