We are seeking a skilled professional to lead projects in the Chemicals and Materials Practice.

Job Description:
  • Oversee research processes, guide deliverables of proprietary projects, and manage project teams.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop/refine project scope, scheduling, budget, and client deliverables.
  • Lead staff performance to successful completion of studies, ensuring quality and content of reports.
  • Present findings to clients, work with project teams to conduct analysis and develop appraisal and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project teams, drive staff performance, and assure quality of reports.
  • Write/review reports for proprietary studies, conduct primary interviews, and maintain client relationships.
  • Present project results to senior management and ensure timely completion of studies.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting in the chemical industry.
  • Experience developing, managing, and presenting project results to senior management (internal or external).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Able to manage, mentor, and motivate in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical), or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Good oral and written English language skills required.
