Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate I, you will drive Procure to Pay (P2P) activities, meeting operational KPIs and individual targets. Your duties will include:

  • Managing order management, including PR to PO conversion and PO amendments/closure.
  • Resolving invoice blocks through collaboration with the payables team.
  • Overseeing GR/IR imbalances through collaboration with end users and suppliers.
  • Addressing user/supplier queries in line with TAT & C-SAT.
  • Maintaining PO compliance and participating in yearly SOX Audits.
  • Facilitating supplier onboarding/change requests in Coupa.
  • Driving continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.
  • Supporting teams within the area of responsibility and within Finance GBS.
  • Identifying and reporting any non-compliance issues.
  • Focusing on customer service and service targets according to SLAs.
  • Reviewing and maintaining process documentation, SOPs, and relevant process details.
  • Supporting ad-hoc PO reporting and volume allocation for the team.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with:

  • A bachelor's/master's degree from a reputable university (preferably in business administration/Finance/supply chain).
  • 3-5 years of experience in purchase to pay (P2P) activities across Indirect Procurement categories.
  • Strong expertise in SAP MM, Coupa, Ariba, and other ERPs/P2P systems.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the P2P value chain.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written English).
  • Basic MS Office knowledge.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with people from different cultures and organisational levels.
  • Experience in process optimization and automation.
  • Strong inter-personal skills, stakeholder management, and collaborative working.
  • Flexibility to support under different time zones.
