We are seeking an experienced developer with strong hands-on experience with CTRM/ETRM platforms to join our team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of trade lifecycle and risk concepts and is able to deliver robust, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities include designing, developing, and enhancing ASPECT modules and custom components for front-, middle-, and back-office processes. This involves implementing and optimizing trade capture, pricing, scheduling/nomination, risk/PnL, and EOD processes across power, gas, oil, and metals. Additionally, the candidate will build integration with upstream/downstream systems: market data, ETRM/ERP, trade confirmation, logistics/scheduling, risk, and reporting.

The successful candidate will have strong programming skills in one or more languages such as C#/.NET or Java (Spring Boot, REST) and Python for data processing and automation. Solid understanding of physical and financial commodities, trade lifecycle, market data management, curves, pricing, and valuation models is required. Experience integrating CTRM with market data, confirmations, credit/risk, and ERP is also necessary. Proficiency with API design (REST/JSON), messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and ETL/data pipelines is a must-have skill.

In addition, the candidate should be proficient in Azure/AWS/GCP, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD (Git, Azure DevOps/Jenkins). Prior ASPECT-specific configuration, scripting, and extension development experience is a plus. Data warehousing/BI: Snowflake/Redshift/Databricks; reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) experience is also desirable. Understanding of regulatory reporting (REMIT, EMIR, MiFID II) and trade surveillance is beneficial. Experience with microservices, domain-driven design, and event sourcing is highly valued. Knowledge of metals trading specifics (hedging, assays, invoicing) is also an asset.
