We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Private Banking team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and economic trends, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage complex client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI) and top priority clients (TPP)
  • Meet individual PBG targets across TPP (40%)
  • Ensure banking targets are met with a focus on defined income objectives (10%): base penetration with all relevant products, customer level profitability objectives, and AUM growth objectives
  • Client sign on objectives as defined by Business Head (10%): new to bank clients and conversions from existing bank clients
  • Customer Relationship Management: ensure quality of customer interactions is updated in CRM system
Requirements
  • Graduation/Post-Graduation in Marketing/Finance
  • AMFI Certification and NCFM Certification (Optional)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Current account Acquisition, Product & Processes, Trade & Forex & other current account related products

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with good understanding of CA, Trade & Forex, CMS and Asset products - CC, OD, TL, Export Finance. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
