Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative professional to act as a key liaison between clients, linguists, and internal teams.

About the Role
  • Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive project files. Clearly convey project expectations to clients and team members. Monitor project progress and promptly address any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Support Resource Planning and Allocation: Assist in planning and allocating resources for project success.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the localization or language services industry.
  • Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of CAT tools and localization technologies being a plus.
