**Job Title:** Full Stack Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate full-stack developer to join our organization on a full-time basis. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training sessions to individuals or groups of aspiring software developers.

You will utilize your expertise in front-end and back-end development to create hands-on learning experiences and empower participants to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Designing and Developing Training Materials:
  • Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, code samples, exercises, and projects, to facilitate effective learning of full-stack concepts and best practices.
Delivering Training Sessions:
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to individuals or groups of students from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
Providing Guidance and Support:
  • Offer personalized guidance and support to participants throughout the training program, answering questions, providing feedback on assignments, and offering assistance with troubleshooting.
Facilitating Hands-On Coding Exercises:
  • Design and lead hands-on coding exercises and projects to reinforce learning objectives, encourage active participation, and enhance practical skills in full-stack development.
Adapting Training Content:
  • Tailor training content and delivery methods to meet the specific needs and learning styles of participants, ensuring a dynamic and effective learning experience for all attendees.
Evaluating Participant Progress:
  • Monitor and assess participant progress throughout the training program, identifying areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborating with Stakeholders:
  • Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather feedback, refine training materials, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Extensive experience in full-stack development, with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.
  2. Proven experience in delivering training or educational programs, preferably in a technical or IT-related field.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with participants and create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  5. Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a genuine desire to help others succeed in their learning and career goals.
  6. Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate different learning styles, preferences, and skill levels among participants.
  7. Strong knowledge of teaching multiple programming languages and frameworks.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  9. Relevant certifications or training in education, instructional design, or adult learning principles (preferred).
Technical Competence:
  1. Fundamentals of computer programming.
  2. Software Engineering Fundamentals & Lifecycle.
  3. Essential Data Structures & Algorithms.
  4. Linux.
  5. Git & GitHub.
  6. HTML5 & CSS3.
  7. JavaScript (ECMAScript 2018 & above).
  8. Working with Babel, Webpack, and other module bundlers/toolchains.
  9. React v16.8 or above with Redux and React Router.
  10. Node.js.
  11. Express Framework.
  12. MongoDB.
  13. Deployment across popular providers, such as Heroku, AWS Beanstalk, Netlify, Vercel, etc.
  14. Best practices for full-stack development.
  15. Implementing authentication and authorization.
  16. Application architectures, such as MVC, Microservices.
  17. APIs, such as RESTful APIs, GraphQL (preferred), etc.
  18. Code organization strategies.
  19. Deployment strategies.
