Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Golang Backend Developer to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services using Golang.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Create scalable and efficient backend services using Golang, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Architecture and Optimization: Architect microservices and RESTful APIs, optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Database and Caching: Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching technologies (Redis, Memcached).
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with DevOps teams, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 7+ years of backend development experience, with at least 5+ years in Golang.
  • Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning in Golang.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and API development.
  • Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with GraphQL or gRPC.
  • Knowledge of event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
