Job Description:

As a highly skilled React/Next.js Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining performant web applications using React 18 and Next.js 14. You will work on building high-performance, real-time web applications that cater to performance-critical platforms such as trading and finance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Expertise in React 18 and Next.js 14 with deep knowledge of their respective ecosystems.
  • Experience in building high-performance web applications with optimal user experience.
  • Strong understanding of server-first architecture, including React Server Components, Suspense, and streaming SSR.
  • Proficiency in implementing features like Next.js App Router, Server Actions, Route Handlers, Middleware, ISR, and Edge Runtime.
  • Ability to optimize application performance using tools like React Profiler, @next/bundle-analyzer, dynamic imports, next/image, and caching strategies.
  • Knowledge of accessibility practices and ability to build modular, accessible UIs using Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, and Radix Primitives.
  • Experience with testing frameworks like Playwright E2E testing, Vitest/Jest, React Testing Library, and accessibility checks.
  • Understanding of security practices, including Sentry, New Relic, CSP with next-safe, secure cookies, and AuthN/AuthZ.
