Social Media Director Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Director to lead our social growth engine.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, community reach, and measurable revenue via social media platforms. As the Head of Social Media, you will own the P&L across all brands, drive brand visibility and community reach on various social media platforms, and architect 90-day growth roadmaps with revenue goals and follower milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning social media P&L across all brands
  • Driving brand visibility and community reach on Instagram, YouTube, X, and new platforms
  • Architecting 90-day growth roadmaps with revenue goals, follower milestones, brand positioning, and campaign calendars
  • Building viral campaigns and storytelling hooks tied to astrology, spirituality, and cultural moments
  • Running performance-driven funnels from social to landing pages to conversions
  • Tracking core KPIs: reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CAC, ROAS, LTV from social channels
  • Managing and mentoring designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies
  • Expanding community ecosystems on WhatsApp, Telegram, and closed groups
  • Collaborating with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align social with revenue, brand, and employer branding

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years leading social media for high-growth consumer brands
  • Proven track record of growing accounts 100k to 1M+ or driving multi-crore revenue via social
  • Strong grip on paid + organic integration (ads, influencer collabs, affiliate tie-ins)
  • Analytical and creative in equal measure: Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, Ads + killer instincts for viral hooks
  • Excellent at storytelling, positioning, and community engagement
  • Prior experience in team building and agency management
  • Passion for spirituality/astrology or openness to immerse in the category
