About the Role:

As a seasoned automation expert, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients safeguard their digital assets from cyber threats. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality automated test scripts using the Karate Framework for UI and API testing, you will be responsible for designing reusable, modular, and scalable automation frameworks that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop effective test coverage strategies.
  • Design and implement automated tests for UI and API interactions, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and execution reports to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Karate Framework for API and UI automation, with a strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
  • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies and software testing lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
